| Over the past 11 years CCM, has been intensively involved in equipping and training church leaders, both in our own and in other churches, especially in raising Carecell leaders. We run programs to train church leaders in various leadership skills in topics such as: How to Lead a Cell Group, How to be a Faithful Leader, The Stages of Leadership, The Roles of Leadership and the Qualifications of a Leader. |

Over the past 3 years, we have engaged in doing Encounter Retreats with a few churches. Through these retreats, we help to break the bondages of the people engaged in leadership and in ministry. The Encounter retreats cover topics such as: How to Repent, The Joy of Forgiveness, Plan of Redemption and Breaking Curses
